The contact form collects the following data: last name, first name, email address, company, job title, and the message content. This data is collected on the basis of your consent (Article 6.1.a of the GDPR), expressed upon submission of the form.
Upon form submission, technical data (IP address, user-agent, page interactions) are also automatically processed by the anti-spam protection service Cloudflare Turnstile (see section 4.3).
4.3 Anti-Spam Protection (Cloudflare Turnstile)
The contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile, an anti-spam protection service provided by Cloudflare, Inc. (101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, United States). This service automatically and invisibly analyzes certain technical characteristics of your browser and session (IP address, user-agent, page interactions) to determine whether the submission originates from a human or a bot.
This processing is based on our legitimate interest in protecting the website against abusive automated submissions (Article 6.1.f of the GDPR). Data is processed by Cloudflare and may be transferred to servers located in the United States. Such transfers are governed by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.
